The policy allows returns of most unused parts within 30 days of purchase along with some requirements around original packaging and condition. For any parts installed or used, return eligibility is evaluated case-by-case based on reason for return and part lifespan. Our service work also comes with guarantees that protect you as a customer.
We aim to always take care of customers to the best of our abilities. At the same time, limitations on returns are essential for allowing us to control costs. This enables us to provide customers the lowest prices in the industry without compromising on customer service.
